I object to the proposed development on rural land near our village. This massive project threatens to destroy valuable wildlife habitats that support our local ecosystem. The development will significantly increase flood risk in an area already prone to water issues and generate pollution from construction and thousands of additional vehicles. Featherbed Lane often experiences severe congestion during commuter hours, with Stratford-upon-Avon becoming virtually inaccessible at numerous times due to heavy traffic. Local services—including schools, healthcare, and utilities—are already at capacity. This development is inappropriate for our rural setting and will irreversibly damage our community's character and environmental health.
