I vehemently oppose the development proposed for Bearly and Wilmcote. This scheme would effectively impose an entire town upon our rural landscape—an area never designed for such intensive urbanisation. The development would obliterate cherished natural ecosystems and the distinctive peaceful countryside beauty for which this area is known. Our local infrastructure is already at breaking point, with severe congestion making Stratford-upon-Avon frequently inaccessible. The inevitable increase in pollution, pressure on drainage systems and rives, including strain on overwhelmed services would be too excessive. This unprecedented development represents an irreversible assault on our environment, community character, and quality of life.
