Wellesbourne's growth has already been vast & the infrastructure & facilities do not allow for further expansion. Wellesbourne is fast losing it's village status. The Doctors, Dental Surgery & Wellesbourne school cannot accommodate the huge influx in residents that this proposal will bring. The green belt is not only vital from a visual point of view for the village but also for the wildlife & flood protection that it offers. Building in areas where there is already a recognised flood issue is just nonsensical. Already struggling roads, proposed quarry; safety is paramount & this is negligent.
