Proposed development would impact and damage the rural open countryside surrounding Wellesbourne. There will be an impact on the flood risk to the village due to water run off unacceptable when the village has previously suffered severe flooding. Road network is only connectivity for the village and this is already heavily congested; further development will increase this congestion which in turn will lead to higher pollution levels reducing air quality. Loss of local farm land used for food production impacting then on food security. Destruction of the Green Belt Land and local wildlife sites. Threatens status as a village.
