The plan is extremely detrimental to the area. It will involve taking away large areas of green space and high quality agricultural land. The green space in Leek Wootton is extremely important to the community and it extensively used as a space for exercise, wildlife and community activity. It is a valuable resource which should not not lost. in addition the extra traffic that this will bring in addition to the developments already underway will change the village forever and lead to grid lock at busy times. It already takes 30-40 minutes to get into Warwick in the mornings.
