This smacks of kicking the can from Birmingham/Coventry and the Black Country down the road. Why should Warwickshire solve any problems from these other large urban areas. This risks eating into more green land in Warwickshire. I have lived and worked in both Birmingham and Coventry and there are brownfield areas of both cities which could be re-developed.
