Extremely concerned it will have a huge impact on Wellesbourne Wood which qualifies for LWS status as detailed in a report undertaken by Camille Newton in 2021 and provided to Warks CC.
Impact on water runoff and increased flood risk.
Road network already overwhelmed, further traffic will increase congestion, pollution and air quality.
Village will be turned into a town stripping it of its character and community which at the moment is very strong.
Health care already under extreme pressure in the village.
Irreversible harm will be done to the village and to the historic Wellesbourne Wood
