1. This would be an ideal location for a solar farm to generate all the electricity Henley needs.
2. No objection to housing as long as a large percentage is social and affordable. No-one local can afford to buy in Henley anymore. We don't need more £500k+ family homes...
3. Previous local developments have failed to address infrastructure issues such as roads, schools and healthcare. These must be fully resolved before any houses are constructed.
