BW should NOT be developed. All of BW south of Snitterfield Road and Bearley Station is excessive greenbelt development. Bearley and Wilmcote should remain separate and their historic rural areas preserved. On the north side of Snitterfield Road are 28 ha of Bearley that could be developed - provided a school is built first. Assuming 1ha for a primary school, the remaining 27ha could provide for 4,320 dwellings if designed at 160 dwellings per hectare as at Hamlet Way in Stratford on Avon. The land mapped as E07000221, could be built if offered.
