My comments are focused on the Clopton Quarter
1/ This is green belt land by the Welcome Hills nature reserve and should be protected so future generations can enjoy the wild life it supports. It is an asset for Stratford.
2/ There is no access to the site and the landscape will be irreversibly changed and ultimately will lead to lots more traffic congestion and pollution which is already a problem in Stratford.
3/Also more housing increases the risk of flooding which has been a problem in this area, there is just nowhere for the water to go.
