The roads and public services cannot support 7,000 new homes, causing severe congestion. Alternative locations, such as brownfield sites and areas with better transport links, should be prioritized. This development threatens Stratford’s UNESCO bid and Warwickshire’s historic identity. Sustainable growth should be pursued elsewhere, preserving Wilmcote’s heritage and community.
