There is an assumption that this proposed settlement is more favoured as it has a nearby railway station at Lapworth, but this assumption that this will equate to an increased service correlation for expanded developments and rising population is flawed. Chiltern Railways have already stated that they will not increase their service, maintaining it at a poor, one stop per every two hours at Lapworth. Did any consultation take place with the railway operators?
