Due to JLR Gaydon, SG13 is a more appropriate place for some housing. Please build at 160 dwellings per hectare, sparing as much as possible of the 838.15 for farmland and future generations. Do not build luxury houses. Low rise flats and maisonettes can look like houses. Please build them into rural villages.

Hamlet Way CV370AL has 140 dwellings in 0.86ha: this density could achieve 8000 dwellings in 50 hectares including roads and open spaces. This suits 20-40 year olds in their early career, who often dont want a whole house and garden to look after- and can't afford that!
