I strongly oppose the inclusion of SG04 in the plan. It is Green Belt land, and no exceptional circumstances justify its release. Development would harm the historic setting of Kenilworth Castle, a Grade I listed monument, and erode its tourism appeal. SG04 lacks key infrastructure, including secondary schools, GP surgeries, and suitable roads, making it an unsustainable location. It is not a 20-minute neighbourhood, and its sustainability rating is poor. The Green Belt should be protected, and alternative non-Green Belt sites should be prioritised. SG04 fails to meet sustainable development principles and must be removed from the plan.
