The land is Green Belt and should not be built on especially as other non green belt options are available. It will have a detrimental effect on wildlife and nearby villages swallowing them up losing the beauty and heritage of the area for locals and tourists. Destroying much needed space in nature for people in the Stratford area to unwind in.
The housing is not required for local needs so will bring even more cars into Stratford, which already gets gridlocked at times, via the Birmingham Road which can’t cope already. Leading to more accidents and increased air pollution too.
