Increased density must be matched by improvements in schools, healthcare, and transport to prevent further strain on services. The policy should guarantee infrastructure expansion before high-density development is approved. A balanced approach is needed, ensuring densification is sustainable, context-sensitive, and supported by essential infrastructure to maintain quality of life for residents.
