- Many residents use and enjoy this greenbelt area as a place to access countryside / green-space within walking distance
- Building on greenbelt land will have negative environmental consequences, including impact to endangered wildlife. There are plentiful other locations identified within the South Warwickshire plan that are non-greenbelt, and these should be prioritised
- Building here will irreversibly change the nature of the surrounding residential area; we are particularly worried about increased traffic, noise, and pollution
- This location is a significant walk from Leamington train station and so should not be classed as 'sustainable'
