The Green Belt North of Leamington comprises high quality farm land and wildlife habitat. It provides exceptional green space seperation between Leamingtion, Coventry, Kenilworth and several villages. Development should only take place on non-Green Belt land. Building on the North side of Leamingtion would severly add to the existing traffic congestion through the town to access retail and comercial areas south of the river resulting in people preffering to travel to Coventry. Building on location SG06 provides no benefit to Leamington. In conclusion, proposed strategic growth location SG06 should not be included in the Local Development Plan.
