Recent development at Wellesbourne provides suburban sprawl of housing not affordable or suited to 20-40 year olds in their early career. SG15 threatens to increase this sprawl and ruin the rural character and Charlecote, very much to the detriment of Stratford-On_Avon. It would also require massive changes to local roads to cope with the traffic.

Just the eastern third of SG16 would provide enough land to provide housing if built at 160 dwellings per hectare and suit singles and couples better.
