We agree with the location identified. However, the boundary of SG15 should be amended to include land east of Warwick Road, Wellesbourne which has been omitted.

Policy WW7 of the Wellesbourne and Walton Neighbourhood Plan allocates land east of Warwick Road for new housing within Wellesbourne. The Policy includes a plan of the Site showing that an area can be reserved for housing outside of the flood plain, whilst providing new areas of open space and a connection with the existing green space on Hopkins Way. Ashberry can realise these plans and can bring forward new housing in this location.
