Stratford’s infrastructure cannot cope with the amount of housing it has already undertaken. The above proposed site sits on land that floods leading to more flooding if built on. You can’t continually expand into green belt with these often poorly built yet expensive developments. high quality apartments on existing sites are a must. The rest of the world can build decent apartments why can’t we?
