I formally object to the proposed C1 development and Infill proposals in Lapworth and Rowington. Having grown up in Lapworth, I believe the development will devastate the area, destroying the countryside and local charm with 7,000 new dwellings, which is excessive and unsustainable. It will lead to pollution, loss of greenbelt and wildlife, and overcrowding in local schools and transport systems. The proposal does not meet local housing needs and contradicts planning policies aimed at preserving village character. I urge the council to reconsider and seek more suitable locations for development.
