New estates have been built recently in Kenilworth without supporting infrastructure - doctors, dentists, reduced bus routes.
Residents in the new houses will be isolated from the rest of the Kenilworth community. SG04 is a long way from shops at Oaks Precinct and Roseland Road, thus increasing traffic on narrow Farm Road, Rounds Hill and Rouncil Lane.
Roads also unsuitable for heavy builders' lorries.
Why is this Plan designed to cover up to 2050 instead of 2042, with the likely abolition of the two District Councils before then? Fewer houses would mean Less need to include Green Belt land.
