This proposal will put a huge strain on the existing infrastructure, already unable to cope with the amount of traffic. Previous construction work in the area has caused massive disruption to local residents with ongoing road congestion.
Green belts are there to protect wildlife and natural landscapes and as this is prime farm land and an important open space, it should not be used for building.
