The Trust supports the portion of Policy Direction 12 in relation to unallocated employment development. Part of the Trust’s proposals for land North of Henley-in-Arden is a new Innovation Hub within Parcel B (Site ID 279). The Trust support this Policy Direction as locating economic development within or adjacent to existing settlements will inherently produce sustainable outcomes especially considering the sustainable travel options at Henley-in-Arden.
