Ensuring developments, such as SG04, align with policies on reducing pollution and promoting healthy lifestyles is crucial for building sustainable communities. I also appreciate the inclusion of Health Impact Assessments for major developments, as they help address the potential impacts on local health. However, more specific consideration of how green spaces and recreational areas are integrated into large developments could further enhance community wellbeing and inclusivity.
