- Destruction of farmland when there are still brown field sites.
- Major traffic problems will arise from already congested route through Stratford all along A3400.
- Sewage / drainage problems already exist - surely they are not just being ignored - more houses in area will add to problem that has not been resolved.
- Lack of facilities already exists - doctors, dentists, welfare, etc etc - add more people add more problems.
- Destruction of historic 'farm' being placed alongside urban sprawl.
