Henley in Arden cannot accomodate explosive development due to local infrastructure being unable to absorb and serve the massive increase in population and traffic. The proposed plans will swamp the small town centre and the arteriel A 3400 route. The local schools and medical facilities would be overwhelmed and local retail unable to cope with such an influx.
It is greenbelt land and the high st is a conservation area.
