The size of the development proposed on the site is not suitable for the infrastructure in place. Development of the infrastructure would substantially compromise the environment and current area town and village feel. Further roads and train lines would detract from the area and harm the current appeal for the area for tourism. The area is not close to employers, hospitals etc which are necessary for further development. other proposed locations are more suitable as they already have this infrastructure in place.
