Ymatebydd: Beaudesert & Henley in Arden Joint Parish Council

As the clerk representing the parishes of Beaudesert & Henley-in-Arden, I am providing this summary on their behalf. The JPC distributed flyers to all residents, inviting them to a public meeting on 22 February, where we had 200 residents attend. Several councillors attended to answer questions, and plans were available for viewing. To ensure inclusivity, we had individuals with laptops to assist elderly residents and those without computers. We addressed their comments on their behalf. The summarised comments, along with the JPC comments, are attached.
