STC supports including E1 as a new settlement, particularly with respect to MIS.2 (Long Marston Airfield) and MIS.3 (Long Marston Rail Innovation Centre). However, sustainable transport and community infrastructure must be developed in parallel to ensure the area becomes a viable, self-sustaining community. This includes schools, healthcare, community facilities, shops, parks, and transport links. Further refinement is needed before inclusion in future proposals.
