This site would join the urban spread of Warwick with Hatton Park and the proposed New Town at Hatton.

This contravenes the first four of the five purposes of the Green Belt.

The road infrastructure here is at full capacity, with significant development having already taken place in this area. The already incredible congestion and pollution around this small market town would become unsustainable.

Meanwhile the town centres of Warwick and Leamington are crying out for regeneration (purpose 5 of the Green Belt) - this is how we develop a 'Beautiful South Warwickshire' that 'Meets the needs of our Communities'.
