Re Clopton Quarter in particular, I don't support the additional loss of green belt land on the edge of the town and the impact on the local landscape and the visual intrusion toward the Clopton House Meadow and the Welcombe Hills which are key community assets. The land supports wildlife including, deer, barn and little owls, stoats, bats amongst others that will be negatively impacted. The Birmingham Road is already the main choke point into town and often suffers from flooding and so further significant housing development in this area will exacerbate this.
