The site B1 makes a ton of sense in terms of it's location due to having lots of existing sustainable transport links, primarily the rail line and options for other cycle and bus improvements in the future. The use of the site will also make much of the existing developments in the area less car dependent and more sustainable by providing nearby necessities such as education, retail facilities in line with 15 minute city principles.
