Warwick is already frequently gridlocked at peak times.
No guarantee that there would be sufficient funding to bring about improvements.
No guarantee that businesses would offer significant employment opportunities, e.g distribution hubs are largely automated.
Green Belt - avoids encroachment from Warwick.
