There is not the infrastructure or jobs to support this number of houses. Traffic in and out of Stratford is currently overburdened and this would merely exacerbate the issue especially south of the river. Until there is another bridge crossing across the Avon, and a Stratford Southern relief road in place, then more housing on this side of the river is just madness. Also building housing estates in green belt and destroying the stunning Warwickshire countryside is hideous.
