Bishop’s Tachbrook Parish Council supports this Policy Direction but is unclear as to why Kenilworth is not referenced in the PD. Focusing on town centres will help to revitalise them, but this needs to be done carefully so that the workforce can access good transport links from surrounding areas and car-parking will need to be improved.
