This will never work as a new settlement. It cannot provide enough jobs to be self sustaining. Infrastructure around is not good enough (road and rail). All that will be achieved is a catastrophic increase in vehicle movements through an already over trafficked Stratford upon Avon which contains some of the Country's most valuable heritage assets. Successive local government has failed to impose the requirements on developers of this location to improve road infrastructure.
