We simply do not have the infrastructure to cope with a development of this size. The roads cannot cope, we have no schools with places, no doctors with spaces. The list goes on. We are already at breaking point. This will have a detrimental effect to the surrounding villages which already have an issue with traffic. Businesses and houses have already been affected by the growth of Meonvale with flooding as the water now has no where to go!
