Taylor Wimpey request further evidence regarding the approach to large scale developments (being those over 500 dwellings) should provide pitches and plots within the Site. The principle of providing such plots in sustainable locations is fully supported, however there is a question as to whether there is an identified need for such plots to be located as part of a large scale housing development.
