The site is on greenbelt with poor road infrastructure. The roads are already frequently blocked into and out of Stratford from the Birmingham Road. It is hard to see how access to Stratford or Wootton Wawen could be improved. Flooding is a serious issue on the fields proposed, and housing would make this much worse, with run off towards Wilmcote, Aston Cantlow and Newnham, potentially affecting the railway. Mary Arden’s Farm is a significant historic Grade One listed building and an important part of our heritage; it would be adversely affected with vibrations from additional traffic, pollution and potential flooding.
