It is imperative that Warwick District Council fulfils its legal obligations to meeting the accommodation needs of gypsies, travellers, travelling showpeople and boat dwellers. The 2017 Local Plan identified a site but it was undeliverable within the life of the plan because of everything that had to happen first. This SWLP MUST reassess the site's deliverability and instead look to ones which could be delivered quicker such as Brookside Willows off Banbury Road.
