Bearley is a lovely village, the land surrounding is beautiful, to build over it would be damaging in so many ways.

Greenbelt, Wildlife, land to walk/dog-walking, space where children fly kites, enjoy nature, trees, plants of all kinds will be damaged(GONE), existing houses will be impacted by noise/airpollution, privacy lost as new houses will surround the existing tiny village.

Extra traffic will impact emergency services(time delays put life's at risk), as we have no local jobs, schools, doctors etc

Bearley is a village, by adding 6,800 houses here we will no longer be a village and this takes away originality.
