Proposal to build settlement between Wilmcote/Bearley is unsustainable &disadvantageous for the following:
Population density of Stratford too high already.
Road Infrastructure cannot cope now.
No consideration for the environment/nature, extra vehicles on roads which already congested. Air Pollution increase.
Increased flood risk
Education system will not manage.
No consideration of local history.
Next generation not considered, safety of children in villages compromised
Brownfield sites must be exhausted first
Build new 'garden city' with new facilities to cater away from area, not saturate existing that cannot cope
Makes travel unsustainable, village stations can't accommodate
Identity of town will be lost.
