IM Land, in respect of the Land off Rumbush Lane, is supportive of Strategic Objectives 1 and 2 and its focus to locate growth in the ‘most sustainable locations’ and the intention for the SWLP to meet current and future housing needs. Strategic Objective 3 (providing infrastructure in the right place at the right time) should be clearer about the realities regarding timescales for infrastructure delivery.
