s breaches the green belt and opens up future development towards Ullenhall. The the local infrastructure will not sustain further growth. There are few local employment opportunities. local train service inadequate to Birmingham and Stratford and non existent to warwick/ redditch.
the golf course has become an important resource for the community wellbeing, walking etc and has now become a haven for biodiovesity....hares, kestrels, buzzards, deer , orchids and other bird and fauna have come in over the last few years . It has become an important wildlife site and should be fully assessed before any development is considered
