Deeley Homes supports the inclusion of SG10 as a location for Strategic Growth. This represents a logical extension to the north of the village. The land that Deeley Homes controls (Land North of Bishops Tachbrook) would include a large area of land to be gifted to the Parish Council to help facilitate the connectivity and delivery of the Tachbrook Country Park.
