I do not agree with SG04 as a location for more development, its almost half of the green land between Kenilworth and Leek Wootton. Other land nearby has recently been development, there are plans for the Rugby club to move to adjacent land between Warwick Road and A46., also the old School Site on Rouncil Lane

Kenilworth is already undergoing a huge amount of development, the whole Eastern side is expanding with well over 1000 new houses currently (Kenilworth Gate, Stoneleigh View etc)

Kenilworth cannot cope with expansion of this scale
