The B1 proposal is already under pressure from poorly serviced road communications. Several small local lanes suffer extreme traffic congestions when an accident happens on the motorway. The number of houses proposed means that a constant state of traffic congestion will be permanent.
There has already been huge housing developments from Wellesbourne through Stratford upon Avon through Warwick through Kenilworth through Leamington Spa through Radford Semele through Southam. How much more rural / agricultural land is to be concreted over?
I do not understand how Hatton Station can be developed further - Warwick Parkway was expanded recently for that purpose.
