Losing more vital green belt land , for an inappropriate development . Use brown field sites instead of the permanent loss of vital wildlife habitat , countryside and prime agricultural land. . No good infrastructure in immediate area surrounding , roads around not fit for the amount of traffic, hatton station too small , with not good access . There is no mention of health facilities to cover this large amount of dwellings and people . Warwick hospital & local health providers , would not cope with this amount of additional users.
